I have had a headache all day. I can't get rid of it. I have migraine meds but I can't take them. I called my OBGYN and her office told me I could take Tylenol but that is not helping. Any advice would be great! TIA!
I get migraines as well and during pregnancy it was hard to deal without real meds. I found alternating hot and cold packs on pressure points and my shoulders helped along with stretching. Lots of water and rest.
My headaches ere so bad with #2 that my OB actually sent me to a neurologist. Long story short, they found nothing wrong and just told met to take Tylenol as well he also suggest that I drink a Coke (any soda with caffine) once I felt one coming on. I did that and it worked wonders!

Hope you feel better soon!
Oh yeah - I forgot the tylenol combined with caffeine trick (for me it was an espresso instead of a coke). That did help as well!
