Jogging stroller

We have a double Bob stroller and I am considering purchasing the car seat adapter for it. However I am unclear how early I can start running with it. I know you can't run with them in the regular stroller seat until they are around 6 months and have full head control but I am unsure of how early I can run with them in the car seat with the attachment.

My understanding is no running with them at all until they have full head control. We have the single Bob jogging stroller and car seat adapter, but I don't use it for running.
