Starting a new job, I'm 15 weeks, when do I tell my new boss?

I started interviewing for this position about six months ago. I thought they weren't moving forward as I hadn't heard anything. On Tuesday I received a call with the job offer. I just finished my masters and taking job will give me a $15k annual raise. My question is, when do I tell my new bosses? The position is in social media so I will be able to work from home. Still concerned that maybe I should've said something before I signed thre offer letter. Thoughts?

Are you in the US?

If you are, I would tell them soon so that you can figure out FMLA and whether the company will keep your job while you take maternity leave.

Hi, yes I'm in the U.S. I failed to mention this is considered an internal transfer within the family of companies at my current job, it's just the factor of dealing with new people. I just feel my pregnancy is so deeply personal so it's hard to share. However, I did tell them and they're totally fine with it.

I think you did it smartly.
When I was 15w, I interviewed for a position and I knew I had the position. Ended up telling the lady that I was pregnant and a few days later she called to tell me she wants to hire me, but won't until after I have the baby.... Not so great feelings
