This is my first round of Clomid and I took CD3-7. I started taking my opks on CD 10 like I was told to. I had 4-5 days of what looked to be positivecalling with classic Ovulation signs like cramps on one side. has anyone ovulated early on Clomid? I went for my p4 on CD21 and got a call from Dr on CD22 saying either I was pregnant or ovulating! I'm awaiting my blood prego test to com's back. I'm so nervouse I have been ttc for 3 years. I've been checking cp and cm.CM is milky white cervix mid height and kind of firm. Could I have o'd late ? My temp spike was about 5 days before CD21. I think I oovukated 5 days after my pill. Ism what to think. Anyone in the same boat?

The first time I took Clomid I O'd typical time and my LP was typical. The other time I O'd two days early and was on P4 and my LP was 7 days longer than usual! Both were BFNs for me. My BBTs were spikey, but I had one day of a clear positive OPK. FX you get a BFP!

I always was a late ovulate with clomid around CD 18-CD21 but I had frequent u/s monitoring to know exactly and didn't use OPKs. Wishing you good luck!

I agree with @CarrieB and that it doesn't sound like best monitoring to me and you should be seeing a RE if you aren't. I got a 50mm cyst on my ovary from clomid and without CD3 u/s monitoring it would have been missed and could have had serious consequences. If you did get proper monitoring with u/s than ignore this

Are you seeing an OB or a RE? You should be closely monitored on Clomid. If your doctor doesn't know what's going on, I would find a new doctor.

Well I have n update. My blood work was negative for hcg. So I actually ovulated the same had my p4 drawn which is why it was high. And my OB has been monitoring me. So I guess I am now in my ttw. The Clomid made me ovulste late I guess. And my Dr also said it was a really good one !
