I have been to Starbucks not once, but twice this week for my new found love: white chocolate raspberry mocha iced coffee. I know I posted about it before, but it is so amazing it deserves to be talked about again!
I've had a rough week between doctor visit and L&D visit. But in not complaining whatsoever! I'm so thankful that little one is ok! I'm also thankful for all the wonderful people in my life.

I must try this! I am thankful for @Miz_Liz not only for her always awesome advice, but also for this drink mention. Do you get it caffinated or decaf?
@gulimz I have had it both ways, the first time I had it I got decaf because I had already had a coffee that day, but yesterday I skipped my regular coffee knowing I would be hitting up Starbucks and so I got it with caffeine. I will warn you, you may become immediately addicted. They can also do it with Whip Cream or without - I have also tried both .
I am also thankful that we are pregnant in 2015 and not 1815. Seriously, think about all of the stuff that gets mentioned on our TMI posts and now imagine how bad we would all smell without the modern conveniences like: deodorant, panty liners, creams, powders, TOILET PAPER (not sure what year this was invented, but seriously, imagine!), cooler clothes (and being allowed to wear them), AC....I could go on and on, but you get the point.
On Monday, the company I work for threw me a surprise mini-shower. I suspected they would do something (i have been here for 5years and been present for a few of these showers plus they did a little thing for my wedding last year) but did not expect it when they called up to look at a "planogram problem" considering both of my bosses were out. I love being part of a company that is so unbelievablely generous and thoughtful. I managed to not cry until I was back in my office all alone. Ohh, and there was cake what pregnant woman doesn't want some cake! And I apologize for all the cake cravings I just caused (includingy my own, lol).
Edit- apparently "my own" is similar to owl and my phone "corrected" it for me. Smh
Super thankful for a very easy and healthy pregnancy. Even though I have that 3rd tri energy suck, I am healthy and strong enough to get through my nesting/to do list while DH finishes out his last 2 weeks of work travel before baby comes. I'm sore in the morning and cursing myself for it sometimes but it sure does feel good to get stuff done!

yes! We have been watching Vikings and I constantly think about how happy and luck I feel for modern conveniences and modern medicine!
DS brought me his box of candy earlier& said "here mama I saved all the purple for you, because you like purple". Note: I like the color, not a big fan of grape flavored anything, but it made my heart melt! :x (Edited for fat fingers!)
Even though I am hating having to come to work when I don't have anything productive to do, I'm really thankful to have a job in a great office. I'm also thankful that DH is able to be home with DS during the summer while I work. My little man sure loves his daddy!
After spending the last few days organizing my shower gifts, I am super thankful for all of my friends and family that came to my shower and for all the gifts and help we received to make bringing this little dude into the world just a little bit easier. Seriously, we have to buy nothing but a few breast pads and small baby first aid stuff. We have over 40 packs of diapers ranging from NB to 5!! I could not be happier and more blessed.
@Miz_Liz, I only asked decaf vs caff sometimes tastes very different. ... it could be just me though lol. But since you've had both, I can use the extra energy I shall grab one today!
I am thankful the painters are here today finishing last of the paint job! The previous owners of the house painted the ceilings mud color brown, and it felt like living in a cave. DH said he could live with it (pretty sure he's part caveman and always talks about his man cave), but since I am a SAHM, I could not!
Thankful for my MIL, her listening ear and support.
Lastly, I'm thankful DH got the nesting bug and has me help out, otherwise I'd be sitting on the couch crocheting all day instead of getting baby's stuff ready.
Thankful my 2yr old has been STTN for the last week and going down for naps without me rocking him. Not sure it will be long enough before the baby comes to make it a habit but at least DH and I are getting some rest now.

I'm thankful for my co-workers and job that I love.. And also for having a positive outlook on my pregnancy. So many times a week I hear negative comments about pregnancy- "oh this heat must be killing you! Or get ready for labor it's going to be horrible!" And I just don't let them get to me. How about saying, "wow you just created a human, that is amazing!"
My in laws and my parents and just family in general. In laws bought a cow and gave us half of the meat to fill our freezer to help with grocery budget when baby comes. I have to say that it is also a completely grass fed cow with no added steroids or hormones. They don't really care about that stuff, but they know we do so they splurged on getting a grass fed one. My mom has been buying little last odds and ends for baby that we needed and just let me know she was waiting to buy diapers until LO comes to see how long she stay in newborn size, but that she plans to buy us one big pack of diapers and wipes each month to help. I can't explain the relief just the small amount of support gives us while we are still trying to get ahead!
So thankful that my sweet baby is feeding better and for her dad, who brought me snacks while BFing last night. Also, so thankful for this PP care package a friend of mine gave me with pads, comfy pants, gas drops, and a water bottle. I will be giving one to all new moms! It has been a lifesaver. BFing hungries and thirsties are no joke
I'm thankful for my two generous bosses who gave me a huge raise and a month of paid maternity leave. Who both came to visit me in the hospital right after my baby was born last week. One of them even took my car to have the car seat installation checked and found/fixed my almost flat back tire on my car. They both have incredibly generous gifts at my shower and are organizing a food train. Started off last night with a delicious salad and pizza delivered right to our door. I am so lucky and blessed to have them in my life.
I am thankful for my MIL and SIL for offering to help with our kids when I am in the hospital. My mom is going through chemo and we're not sure how much she and my dad will realistically be able to do, so having a big support system is truly a blessing.
Thankful for a lot of things! For the awesome bargain I got at Target a few weeks ago... getting me a glider and a crib mattress for around 100! Also for my wonderful hard working husband who, after working all day, mows the neighbors yard until 930, then comes inside and puts babies sleep and play together.
Thankful for a burst of energy yesterday that let me get a bunch of stuff done! And even though I'm feeling a little rough today I'm still able to meet the goals I've set for my business.
Oh and I forgot... My insurance paid for the medela pump that I wanted and I got it last week! Yay. Now if my boobs just work... for some reason that's a big fear of mine... #:-S
Um, where can I get one of these awesome bosses/in-laws/friends/coworkers yall speak of?! Hormones must be getting to me because all of this good news has me smiling and crying like a baby at the same time! So happy for everyone
Im grateful for making it this far in my pregnancy. A friend was also due to be an august mom but had a m/c in her 2nd trimester. Its been 4 months and she's still TTC and just recently had a bad allergic reaction to her infertility meds. In light of that i just feel truly blessed to be carrying DS!

That was a huge fear of mine too. So far, so good though. The first day was tough and then I learned to relax and trust our bodies. I've had several doctors mention she has a great latch for a 37 weeker so I guess that's also something to be thankful for today!

Yes! I didn't even realize they didn't make them anymore.... I guess Hershey's cookies and cream will have to suffice...:/
