rhythmic pulsating fetal movement

currently 39+5 weeks, has anyone else experienced a rhythmic pulsating like feeling from their baby??? I have been experiencing this a lot it almost feels like fairly rapid breathing... and it is NOT hiccups as I have felt these several times.

I was going to say hiccups...I'm not sure.

After the baby dropped further into the pelvis the hiccups felt totally different for me. Like they were in my butt. It weirded me out.

They do "practice breathe" in there.

I've had this from time to time & from what I've read, it's the baby practicing breathing.

Yes! I've had this... If it's like when you run and stop, and are panting, it's the baby practice breathing you're incredible lucky to see it too!

I got to see my LO practice breathing during our 3d/4d ultrasound at 35 weeks. It was sooooo cool.

I noticed this last night when I was laying on my side...so neat....ready to see him breathing for real on the outside tho lol

I did. It appeared to be breathing movements. Even had a sonogram done when she was doing it and it was for sure her breathing.

Yes I had that the other night

I thought it was because I was laying on my back and she didn't like it

So I moved to my side and it stopped
