Very upset 4 week baby girl

so my daughter is a little over one month and she has been sucking on her fingers a lot but she screams like it hurts her even eating and sucking on her binky doesn't really calm her is it possible she is starting to teeth already she does already have some white caps on her gums. Anyone experienced this?

I believe babies can teeth that young. Another member went through this in a post awhile back. I wish I could remember her name...

Have you inspected the white caps? Could they possibly be white patches related to thrush? Sometimes thrush can cause a sore mouth making nursing and sucking on a pacifier mildly painful.
