Not sure, on a break cycle, so not keeping track - have about 2 weeks of BCPs left

What are you doing this cycle? (natural, meds, IUI/IVF, etc)

On a break, then IUI#6.  Meanwhile, I'm gearing up.  I'm still taking CoQ10, Vits C, D, E, B12, and my prenatal.  I'm eating more protein, less carbs/sugar and I've lost 32 pounds.  I'm not drinking alcohol or diet pop.  I'm starting at a new acupuncturist tomorrow (mines on maternity leave but I feel like I'm cheating) and I did Reiki last night for the first time and LOVED it!!

How are you feeling? 

Quite peaceful after Reiki.  Hopeful for our final IUI before IVF.  I really really hope it works.

QOTW: How much of this journey do you share with people?

I've been pretty open about it with several people - sometimes it's helpful, sometimes I wish I'd kept it a secret.  How was I to know it would take so darn long??  At least people at work cut me some slack when I'm crabby.

In the middle of my first IVF cycle, waiting anxiously for the phone to ring so they can tell me how many blastocysts made it.  On day 5 we had only 3 (started with 11 eggs, 8 fertilized by day 2).  Then we have to decide how to proceed.  To PGS test or just go for it and transfer what we have.

What are you doing this cycle? (natural, meds, IUI/IVF, etc)

I was diagnosed with endometriosis which has blocked one tube (had it removed last fall) and made my other tube questionable.  So I went straight to IVF.  We waited a few months to start IVF, tried to get pregnant on our own even though the chances were slim, in hopes of a miracle.  

How are you feeling? 

So anxious.  

QOTW: How much of this journey do you share with people?

We have been very open with family and close friends but now I'm starting to think that may have been a bad idea.  This process may take longer than I naively thought and now I feel like we've involved all these people and I don't think I have the emotional bandwidth to keep them updated throughout.  That being said, I am thankful for the support and prayers.

Anxiously waiting for O! And nervous because of a CP at the beginning of the month and the fact that I'm 41.

QOTW: How much of this journey do you share with people?
I have really only shared with a long time friend and DH of course! I'm nervous to share too much in case we can't conceive again. Also, I like to surprise people. Considering I've mentioned several times in the past I didn't want anymore children, I think it's safe to say it will be a surprise. Lol

#1 - update from my weekly checkin this morning. I got AF today. They said 1-2 weeks so it was one. 

What are you doing this cycle? (natural, meds, IUI/IVF, etc)

I think we are taking this cycle mostly off prior to our FET. We will try the old fashioned way if we can, but i will be traveling alot in the next few weeks. 

How are you feeling? 

Trying to focus more on work and other things right now since our loss. Feeling a little anxious about AF. I normally have a very light period and no symptoms. Between the ivf cycle and being pregnant, all be it briefly, it sounds like it will be more dramatic than what i am use to. 

QOTW: How much of this journey do you share with people?

We have only shared it with a small handful of friends and family (maybe less than 10?). Out of them i share the details with a subset and periodically update the others.

My husband has been on the fence about #2 for 2 years and this scare made him open. We have stopped using contraceptives, I have been for a fertility eval, and I started charting again this month. Cycle Day: 21 What are you doing this cycle? (natural, meds, IUI/IVF, etc) Started charting again. Went to fertility specialist for an eval. Waiting for test to come back to confirm peri menopause, but the ultrasound indicated that it was likely based on number of follicles at ovulation. My husband was sick during O, wee got BMS in day of opk+ for estrogen surge, but not for LH surge ... So I am disappointed. The dr said the egg was huge that they saw on the U.S. How are you feeling? I am recovering from a concussion, so not great. Brain rest is harder than you think, especially with a 2 year old. QOTW: How much of this journey do you share with people? *** Child mentioned *** Just my husband and you guys. I am not interested in advice or judgement from people. Our home groups are on a break (meeting of 8-10 people from church to pray, worship, bible study). If we were meeting right now I would share with them and ask for prayer. They start up again soon though. I do miss the non judgementle support.

2nd mo. of maca CD1-14 and daily Vitex, prenatal vitamin, BD almost every other day.

How are you feeling?
Rushed, frustrated, obsessed

We no longer share much at all after years of feeling judged and constant questions and pressure.
