Anything hot or even just warm makes me want to yack. All I want are cold foods. Fruit, cucumbers, cereal, salads... Considering the fact that I'm diabetic, this is awful!!!
Hot tea, though this is getting better now that I found a ginger tea I can stomach. Canned mandarin oranges smell horrid - my son eats these all the time though so I just hold my breath while serving them. Some days chicken breast makes me feel sick. Yogurt, unless its the Chobani flips ones that are really more like a dessert than healthy yogurt. Someone that sits near me at work has this nasty lotion they use. I used to think it smelled nice but its awful now. Hummus for a bit but I can stomach some varieties now.
It's getting better though. Weird cravings have started to crop up. Like jalapenos.
Cooking sausage, anything super sugary and soft drinks .
I can take out a large bowl of fresh cut fruit, but that's as sweet as it gets for me. Doc got on me about not gaining "enough" weight at the appt yesterday. My stomach started turning as he's telling me to take out a banana split, pies and cakes.... it was like torture
Northing severe. But nothing sounds or tastes GOOD either which is equally as frustrating. Squash and tomatoes aren't sounding great but I think I'm just plain old sick of them.
Right now I can pretty much only handle beef and starch. I've had more baked ziti in the last month than the rest of my life combined. Chicken and pork (raw or cooked) instantly makes my tongue curl
