The Heat and Exercise!

Hi everyone! I'm around 6 weeks and wanting to continue running and CrossFit, both of which I did before pregnant. I have been scared to do either the last couple of weeks because it has been 95+ here everyday (and my CrossFit gym isn't air conditioned). Am I being too cautious, or should I just go on working out? Wasn't sure what your doctors told you to do.

  • I am in a similar boat. I was told to watch my heart rate and my temperature. If my heart was beating "too fast" that I should scale down, and they didn't want my temp to go above 101. I haven't religiously checked the numbers, but if I start to feel over heated I know that I need to scale back.
