4.5 yr old and inappropriate behavior

Our child's teacher approached me to talk about our child's bad language and showing body parts to other children. Hubbie and I have spoken to our child several times and are at our wits end. Any advice?

    No experience here but if it were me I would just keep reinforcing the no showing, but isn't it kind of expected at this age? Kids are curious and proud of their bodies, hate that we have to shame them.

    Can you suggest if your child wants to show, they can only do it at home? Provide a safe outlet. Maybe this has already been done, sorry I have no other ideas.
