No naps for daddy

My lo is just hitting her 4 month mark. It has been getting harder and harder to get her to nap. I have succumbed to her need to comfort nurse most days and that is how she gets the rest she needs. I know there are different ideas about that but it is what works best for her and I.

The problem we are having is that her father cannot get her to take a nap when I am not home. She is babysat during the day and sleeps fine at the sitters but when she is home all she wants is mom. This leaves me with little option to go and do anything for longer than a few hours. Her father is at his limit by the time I return.

I know she can sleep without comfort nursing but we can't seem to find the trick. Any tips for poor frustrated dad??

Ps. The tricks the sitter uses do not work at home.
