New to all of this..

I just posted in ttgp as well... Hi my name is Chrissie I am 25 yo (5' 4" 240lbs) and SO is 31 (5' 6.5" 145lbs). We have actively been ttc for the last year and not preventing for 5. I have PCOS and I am currently on a cycle of Menopur this will be my 6th night injecting (cd 41 :-<).  I started out on 75 ml and after blood work and ultrasound yesterday with no significant change to my ovaries I was upped to 150 ml. I also have PTSD, social and general anxiety disorders, as well as depression if anyone else is dealing with any of those. I really don't know what else to say aside from I am just looking for some support as its hard to talk to anyone around me and I am not letting others know about my fertility treatments or that we are even ttc. Hope this will be a good fit look forward to chatting with you ladies.

Hi! This is a great place to come and share your struggles... I had been MIA for quite awhile and being back just feels good to have others relate or giving support! I was def the same way as far as not telling people about our fertility treatments. I just felt that everyone knowing put this added pressure on. But I will say that after our failed ivf I started to let people know and it honestly felt good just putting it out there.... and anything to get people to stop asking when are you going to have children was good for me. But definitely pursue your journey the way you want, I have no regrets in not telling people when I was living through our treatments... at the end of the day it's all about you and what you are comfortable with!

Thank you and yes I can understand that completely. The reason why I've chosen to keep this between me so and my mom is because it seems like we get a ton of negative input from those around us so for me it seems less stressful to keep it quiet. However I'm so glad to have a place where I can go and the people understand what I am going through not to mention what I am talking about for the most part haha.
