Here we go again.....

Was on the infertility board for a number of Years trying for my BFP for #1, ended up getting a set of G/G Twins (just turned 2) on my 2nd full IVF cycle (3 years of trying) on a 3 Day cycle. Just called and set up my consult with my Dr. Have 2 embies that are grades a 3BB.  I can't believe I'm jumping back on this roller coaster again but want to finish my family. (Im 34 DH is 40).

Anyone have any advice on embie grades at transfer and the result? After the frozen cycle I will try two IUI's but after that will stop. Can't afford another full cycle. Fingers crossed this takes.

Also back ground I have a Hx of Endo.

Me: 31, DH: 37, TTC #1 since 06/09, dx: Endometriosis diagnosed by Dr during ER
02/10-low progesterone on 21 day bloodwork (5.2); on hold due to cyst
04/2010-9/2010 6 failed Clomid cycles with TI (unmonitored)=BFN 4/10 SA= perfect
8/10-HSG all clear
9/10-started seeing RE
10/10-Femara + TI= BFN
11/2010 through 2/2011 IUI #1-3 Femara + Ovidrel=BFN
03/2011 through 8/2011 BREAK CYCLES (had 8 babyshower to go to, house remodel, 30th b-day and College Graduation)
9/2011-Started back to RE, waiting on cycle due to it being late, and work travel had to hold off IUI #4 till 10/2011
10/2011- IUI #4 on hold due to cyst, 2 weeks BCP
11/2011- IUI #4 (11-21-2011?) Femara + Follistim + Ovidrel=Converted over to T.I. (NO Trigger) due to too many follicles=BFN
3 cysts due to follistim cycle
January 2012=IVF #1 cancelled and converted to IUI #4 due to dominant follicles=BFNN
IVF 1.2=??? on hold due to cysts, on hold w/o B.C. till they resolve
br> Aug 2012 IVF 1.2, cyst aspiration 8/7, ER8/16, Dr found Endometriosis in Left tube during ER ER:7, Fert 5, 5DT scheduled 8/21/2012, transfered 2 Blasts, hpt + 8/28/2012, beta 8/31/2012-BFP -21(chemical pregnancy

    I don't know much about grading but I will definitely think good thoughts for you. Are you going to transfer one at a time for two tries or both together?

    04/25/14 - Miscarriage at 9 weeks - Turner Syndrome 

    08/01/14 - Miscarriage at 8 weeks - Trisomy 9 

    October 2014 - Unsuccessful IUI 

    November 2014 - IUI month skipped due to cyst 

    December 2014 - Unsuccessful IUI 

    January/February 2015 - Failed IVF (standard long protocol) - 7 eggs, 6 mature, 4 fertilized (ICSI), 0 made it to blast, 0 for testing 

    March/April 2015 - Microflare IVF protocol with HGH - 6 eggs, 6 mature, 5 fertilized (ICSI), 2 blasts for biopsy!

    June/July 2015 - FET cycle with estradiol & PIO shots, a Neupogen treatment, and accupuncture

    07/08/2015 - Transferred one lovely embie

    I don't have any input on grading but wishing you the best!  Are you transferring both or just one at a time?  GL either way!

    No advice about the grading of embies, sorry!  Good luck on your FET!!

    FET end of October 2014 cancelled due to fluid in uterus due to possible c-scar defect
    Surgery scheduled 12/12/14 to fix possible isthmocele
    3/26/15 transferred one 8 cell grade 4 embryo and one 6 cell grade 3 embryo = slow rising betas for 2+ weeks = ectopic MTX shot 4/29/15
    Repeat c-scar surgery June 2015
    2nd and last IVF cycle August 2015, stimmed for 12 days, 2 egg retrieved, both mature and both fertilized.  Transferred both 8-cell embryos on Day 3, beta 9/5/15 = BFFN
    MOVING TO ADOPTION!

    IVF #1 9/15 Antagonist- 19 R 1F (Frozen day 1 @ 2PN stage) Diagnosed with SER aggregates in 13/19 eggs after failed fertilization
    IVF #2 11/15 Antagonist w/ICSI  (Higher stims & Letrosole added last minute on stim day 7)- 39R, 24M (20/24 SER free), 15F (14/15 SER free & all frozen @ 2PN stage) 
    FET#1 Cultured all 16- 2pn embryos to day 5- transferred 1 good hatching blast and 1 early blast on 1/28- None to freeze - beta 2/5

    ME: Submucosal Fibroid Surgery Date APRIL 14th 2015 -Left Tube is blocked by Fibroid~Surgeon removed 26 Fibroids from my Ute and Unblocked my Tube

    DH:Azoospermia...Thank God we have 12 vials of frozen swimmers

    July 15-Check to see if Ute is all healed

    IUI #1 8/3/15...BFN

    IUI #2 9/5/15...BFP on 9/17/15

    Beta #1-344

    Beta #2-809

    Beta #3 8,390

    Hey ALL. I believe both are frozen together there for has to be unfrozen together. Not sure since I've never gone down this road before. Also unsure if both are unfrozen that they can refreeze one. There for if they are frozen together and unfreeze together and both make the freeze I will transfer both. I had a CP on my 1st IVF on a 5 day transfer (these remaining embies are from that cycle) and I ended up with my twins on a 3d transfer with none making it to freeze. I will roll the dice and put both in....if its ment to be it will take.  if this doesn't work ill do two IUI and be done.
