Leg Cramps

Anyone else having leg cramps? I will be 5 weeks tomorrow and tonight both my legs just ache!

    Charlie horse cramps? Those are the worse. If that is what they are...*try* to point your toes up. That helps. But it is hard to do when the pain has you hopping around.

    I used to have bad Charlie horse cramps that woke me up at night when I was preggo. Dr told me it's either a calcium or potassium deficiency so I ate a banana and ate a tums which helped
