I've been experiencing back pain (on and off) for almost a week now, I went to the ER on Saturday (4 days ago) and they hooked me up to a monitor to see if It was contractions but it wasn't. The only thing that helps seems to be when j sit in a chair and put my feet up. I've been having a lot of aches and pains (sometimes sharp pains) these days, even in my lower abdomen which I've read can be round ligament pain? I'm really trying not to worry.. Can anyone relate? I will call my dr tomorrow

Lots & lots of water. Do get screened for a UTI. Those can sneak up.
Try a banana or two throughout the day. The magnesium can help with the Charlie horses & RLP.

Yes ! Im 24 weeks and have had the round ligament pain and back pain for a while now. I will agree with PP that LOTS, I mean a lot, of water helps me. It doesn't make it stop completely, but definitely alleviates it. The further along I get the more aches and pains I feel.
Hope you get some relief soon !
I am very front heavy and it has put a lot of strain on my lower back and believe it or not on my bladder. My doctor recommended a maternity belt with back support. I wear it under my clothes and you cannot notice it. It really does help even though it is goofy looking. I am 19 weeks and my bump is at 41" fyi.
