    I did for trisomy 13. Neither are supposed to be hereditary.

    They said that genetic abnormalities like those are usually the cause of early miscarriages and are not hereditary, which is why insurance companies don't want to cover testing until you've had several miscarriages. I'm pregnant again now, did genetic testing with this pregnancy due to my trisomy 13 loss and everything looks good. It's really scary and I've held my breath a lot, but doing the early genetic blood tests made me feel a lot better. Was this your first pregnancy?
