I am in a FB group for my October14 baby and I love those ladies. We started it way later then this though! I would totally love to be involved an a FB group for this baby but not yet. I have stranger danger
I'm in a FB group from DD and would love to join one down the road when we've gotten to know one another better and are further along. That FB group is my life saver and I'd love to have that type of community with you all--just perhaps a bit later since it's so early. Please keep me in mind when it does happen.
I am still very active in my January 2012 group. I don't remember exactly when we moved over from the bump but it was definitely around the third trimester. I love that group of ladies and have even met some IRL. I still think it's WAAAY to early to move over to facebook and besides that, it seems as though multiple groups have been started. It need to be way more organized than that!!
I'm a FTM and would love to join a FB group once I get to know you ladies a little more. I agree - lots of personal information available no matter your privacy settings!
Also, with all of these people joining a Facebook group now, does that mean that our BMB is going to die off? It's already quieter than I expected after lurking on a few with my previous pregnancies.
I agree with some of the previous posters. Some peoples concern is just that at this point there are several FB groups going. Just yesterday someone came on and started a whole new post and said they were adding people. It's totally confusing!
Ha! My last one was started super early too nothing bad happened.
Not that anything "bad" will necessarily happen, but we all *just* got HERE! What's the point of joining the bump if all the action/fun is going to happen in (multiple different) Facebook groups? Why not just start out on fb and search for March groups there, instead of coming into the bump and 5 different threads starting 7 different groups and taking half the board away before we even have everyone here? I guarantee that there are still some match mamas who haven't even had their BFPs yet. It almost feels like a lot of people just joined the bump to recruit people to Facebook groups, and that is super annoying. -_-

For me, because this is how I found my FB group last time. I've been searching and of course any groups that have been started are secret so they don't show up in searches.
Also, I didn't start a group, just posted once, the first post in this group, after lurking and searching back to cover all my bases.
Pretty sure my personal etiquette is on point, even if many don't agree with wanting a group this early. To each her own
Also, joining the bump forum just to recruit FB group members is super shady and annoying. I totally agree.
