One follie after 1st round of clomid

Hey guys just checking in giving an update on my first cycle. Had my U/S today and had only one mature follicle on my left side which is great news since its the one thats not blocked. It measures 16mm RE didn't want to give me trigger shot untill it's 20mm and wants me to do a repeat U/S in 4 days if I don't ovulate on my own wish I had more than one but Fx one is all I need
Married 03.30.12
TTC Since September 2011

Me: 27  DH: 28, 
Dx: PCOS/Block right Fallopian tube
Treatment: clomid.

    dx:  Diminished Ovarian Reserve
    2 Clomid IUI's + 4 injectable IUI's= 5 BFNs and 1 mc

    Officially diagnosed with unexplained infertility after 4 years of TTC
    IUI#2 gave us DS#1 who became an angel a few minutes after birth from Noonan syndrome
    IUI#4 gave us DS#2 - going strong as a toddler!

    TTC again... Found a clinical trial for unexplained infertility and finished 16 weeks of "lifestyle intervention"
    Cycle #1 - cancelled for ovarian cyst x3...
