I have had two miscarraiges and I have 7 frozen embryos left. My doc was talking about testing my embryos for normal ones. Anyone's experience would be great!

At age 38 RPL, I had textbook results for IVF and 5 Day 6 blasts. 4 had PGS results: most developed embryos 5AA, 5BC were abnormal (didn't transfer), least developed 4BB and 2/3 were normal (given 60% chance of live birth ea.). I have 1 snowbaby left that was a "no result" (happens 10% of time), at first my RE suggested re-testing (would diminish live birth rate by up to 10%), but then reversed her recommendation b/c it's a 5AA which studies show at my clinic are normal 80% of the time (of course note that my other 5AA wasn't - hmm). Sorry for your losses. Wishing you a better outcome soon.

Just completed PGD testing. Had 14 eggs at retrieval, 11 at day 3, then 4 on day 5 and 4 more on day 6, did PGD on 8 eggs and our results came back with only 1 normal egg. We have scheduled our transfer for next week with only one egg...hoping for the best.

Journey Complete.
At my clinic we did CCS because of repeated IVF losses, see history, and expected poor embryo quality, also due to my age, 38.
So our embryos were grown to blast, of which there were only two, and then they were CCS tested.
We are having a FET once my lining cooperates.
So not exactly the same but wishing you best on your decision!
