There are times where I feel like I'm so excited, that I'm TOO excited. Especially now that "the fever" is real.
We already have an unused girl's name from our first babe, but we (we meaning: I totally initiated this convo with my husband) have kind of picked out our non conceived, possible boy name already.
I'm that excited.
Do y'all have names?
*edited: I had wine and it needed some grammatical fixing.
Re: Do you and your SO have names picked out?
Ps I also have had two glasses of wine so I don't even know if I made sense.
@cookies754 what names do you like?

Top girls I like:
Isla
Charlotte
Lillian (Nana's name)
Julianna
Emily
Boys:
William (DH's name - may mn it)
Henry
Andrew
Benjamin
I know those are all pretty popular so I guess we will see what happens once I am pg.
Before I met MH I wanted to name my daughter Charlie (Charlotte nn Charlie) after my late uncle but Charlie Brown doesn't really work.
@cookies754 I hope your husband is joking about soda and seven. My husband is still convinced we can name our future son Golden. Golden Brown. His family and my family agree he gets no naming rights lol.
But I love love love the name Henry. It's at the top of our boy list!!

We never discussed girl names, but we decided on a girl and boy name before we decided to go ahead and try for baby #2.
H and I are pretty agreeable on a girl's name (Kathryn Claire) since we both have some version of Kathryn on our sides. I like that its mutable so if she wants to be a Kathryn or a Kate or a Kitty when she gets older she has a fair amount of options to choose from. I kind of hate that my own name has no real nicknames so I'm just stuck with it.
Boys we have no idea. He's set on a junior and I'm not a fan of having two people in the house with the same name, and all the JR nicknames that go with it. I like classic names like John and Henry and Sebastian but he's not feeling any of them. I figure if we do end up having a boy we'll have plenty of time to go over baby name books to find something that works for both of us.
Thank you all for making me feel less crazy for planning names so early!
2. We named our son after my husband's grandfather. We constantly get asked if Jack's full name is Jackson. Nope.
#1 on the list:
Nicholas (I am actually convinced all children with this name are troublemakers because I've seen so many)
