    I used it after my first and found I didn't have the c section shelf. I didn't use it with my second and did have the shelf. Don't know if that is coincidental or not. I am 5 weeks PP and just started using it.

    C-section panties and girdles are meant for use almost immediately after birth. I meam, it probably couldn't hurt to try them not, but you're not likely to get nearly the level of benefits from using it now.
