Recurring UTI's while in my 30th week of pregnancy

I've had several UTI's in my lifetime but now that I'm pregnant I have been experiencing them more and more frequently. It is causing me a great deal of discomfort and I am worried that it may cause complications further along in my pregnancy. Please let me know if I'm not the only one and how this made anyone else feel. Thanks!
