Did anyone start to put their registry together for their baby shower yet?

Yep, there are a few threads on baby registry. I think you can search Amazon, babies r us or registry.

Ah no! Not even close. I have OCD so want to do research on EVERYTHING before adding to registry but I'm waiting to find out the sex first in 3 weeks before I even start.

I pretty much have mine done. I did one at BRU and BBB pretty much only for the goodie bags, but also to check everything out in the stores and get my hands on them to see what I liked and didnt like. I did research before going and gathered a few brands of each item I knew I'd want and narrowed it down based on what I saw and felt in store, then I did Amazon registry as the real did with the same stuff from my other two. This was huge for my carseat because two of my top favorites were WAY too heavy once I felt them in the store, and that was without a baby, so I ended up going with my 3rd choice. My husband has been on my case about getting my registry finished since we found out the sex which makes me think there's a surprise baby shower in the future. Who knows.

I started but so far neutral and bigger stuff. I just had a baby in October and did all my research with him which made it easier. I'm not sharing it since I doubt we'll have a shower and no one has asked, it's to help me keep track.

Yep, i'm 75% done. Registered on Amazon and buybuyBaby.

I have added some things online at BRU but mainly for myself to know what items I have researched that I will most likely keep in the registry.

I started, but really only the basics so far (crib, diapers, etc.). We don't find out the sex for 2.5 more weeks, so I'm going to have a lot to do to finish after that, but figured I could start researching and figuring out the more important items now. I'm also huge on planning ahead, so with a pregnancy that's one of the few things I can control.
