Hi ladies. So for the past few weeks I have been doing my best to sleep on my side. I am normally a stomach/side sleeper. I have noticed though when I wake up the outer cartilage part of my ear really hurts. At first I thought maybe it was folded over while I slept but it keeps happening so I can't imagine I suddenly keep folding my ear over in my sleep. It's sort of coming from the middle part of my ear. The pain goes away after a bit once I wake up but if I put any pressure on it it hurts again. If sleeping on my side only isn't hard enough now I have this little new side effect. Does anyone else have this? Trivial I know, and all for a good cause but I just didn't know if there is anything I can do to try to stop it. Thank you.
