sharp pain 16 weeks

Hi guys I'm having a sharp pain in my low abdomen that is straight down low from my belly button, not on the sides. I've been achey the past couple of days and today I have this constant sharp pain. It's not cramp like it's constant and I'm not sure if this is growing pains or maybe even a bladder infection. I thought round ligament pain was on the sides toward the groin but mine is exactly in the middle where your uterus and bladder is. Has anyone else experienced this? It started when I had been walking for a good amount of time and I'm hoping it's just growing pains.
