Congested!

My 2 month old sounds so congested in the AM. He even coughs sometimes while feeding. Yesterday he took his bottle too fast, and vomited everywhere bc of the congestion. Anyone else have a congested baby in the AM? I hope it's not an allergy. Thinking it's just from laying flat all njght. Thoughts?? Thanks!
