36 weeks back pain??

July 2015 in 3rd Trimester

All of my measurements and dates have been thrown out of whack and my doctors/midwifed seem to be winging it telling me that if my water brakes to come in.... I'm carrying more fluid than I'm ment to be and all day today Iv been experiencing back pain, with the odd cramping. I don't know what to do because well FTM and I was told to wait until my water broke.

Feeling a little under informed. Can someone help me.
