any STM have opinions on maternity support?

So there are a few different maternity supports out there...any opinions on best styles? Do certain ones help certain things or is it just whatever is comfortable?
I got what I consider the medical type with big support around back down to pelvis and a little band at top of belly. I'm hoping more to help with spasms in my pelvis/lower uterus when walking and at end of day. Not much back pain yet.
