Anyone else not getting any symptoms??

I know it's still early days yet. I'm nearly 5 weeks and 4 days gone. I have no symptoms what so ever, only missed my period. This is my second pregnancy my son is 7 now. I couldn't believe I got positive test had to do three even a clear blue being the third one lol when I was pregnant with my son I had so many symptoms especially sore boobs that's what gave it away that I was pregnant. Keep getting anxious as have no feeling symptoms nothing thinking there maybe something up. Am I over reacting? Advice mummies would help xXx

I am 6 weeks 4 days. No symptoms as well. Well except missed period and my boobs feel fuller. This is my first pregnancy. I think we maybe the lucky ones. Knock on Wood.
