Is anyone else experiencing pressure really low in their stomach, almost into your pelvic area? I have for a few days now and I especially feel it when I am going to the restroom (#1) and when I am up walking around. It's slightly uncomfortable.
It could be an infection if you are feeling it when you go to the bathroom. This is my first, so I can't tell you if it is normal from experience. I feel a lot happening in all areas the baby occupies including some pressure sometimes. I assume it is from the baby growing and everything's stretching more and more as I get farther a long, but if it is constant and causing discomfort I would call your OB just to ask and check with them.

Mine comes and goes. Usually worse when I'm on my feet too much. Try to rest a little and drink water. Also don't let your bladder get too full, when I do it causes all types of uncomfortableness.
Yes! Worse with a full bladder and then I feel like it doesn't empty all the way on the first try. I agree with PP's - it's worse when I'm on my feet for awhile. Also tends to bother me more when I am constipated. I had a transvaginal ultrasound yesterday and my baby was literally kicking my bladder, so could be that too?
I have had that too and thought it was normal. Pressure, some pains in my low abdomen, worse when I had to pee. This is my first pregnancy and I mentioned it at my last OB appt. Turns out I had a UTI - symptoms can present differently when pregnant. On antibiotics now - it's worth checking out at your next check up or reaching out to your doctor. UTIs can turn into kidney infections which are bad news when your pregnant. NOT trying to cause you alarm but it's something I wasn't aware of and now I'm on a week's worth of antibiotics.
I feel random pressure a lot... when peeing, when laying in bed, especially after I turn over. I just figured it was normal. I hope I don't have a UTI! Wouldn't they be able to tell that from my urine? The nurse did just put a strip in the cup and then throw it in the sink. I recently had a kidney infection pre pregnancy and do NOT want to go down that road, esp. without pain meds! :-S
I've been having pretty much what you're describing. I was convinced it was a UTI because it felt similar to when I'm about to get one. Plus the first urine sample I gave had "sand and crystals" in it. Went to the ER yesterday to get checked out because I'm going out of town for a month. Tested negative for the UTI and everything else looked good. I'm guessing it's the position of my bladder. It actually is less uncomfortable when I drink more water. Weird.
