I'm 13w 1d and my 20lb dog jumped on my stomach. I started getting slight cramps, should I go to the ER? I know "if it will make you feel better then go", I just want opinions. Thanks!
When I was prego with DS, a few of the mommas said their toddlers jumped onto their stomachs (some at the beginning, some towards the middle of the pregnancy); none of them lost their babies.
Try to take it easy for the next few hours, if the cramping gets any stronger or uyou start spotting, then go in.

Who gave that advice? Don't listen to them. The emergency room is for, well, emergencies. Slight cramps are not emergencies.

There is not point in going to the ER unless you are hemorrhaging (as in soaking through multiple pads an hour) at this early in a pregnancy. All they will do is an ultrasound and lab work. And if the ultrasound shows something negative- they will send you home and have you follow up with your OB. I know that sounds harsh but unfortunately it's true (I'm an ER nurse. Don't worry, I'm much nicer in real life.) For peace of mind purposes- cramping and even some spotting is normal in pregnancy. You are most likely fine. But call your OB in the morning, explain the situation, and go get seen.
I know you've had a lot of people already tell you know, but especially that early, the baby is still really little and is extremely protected inside of you. I fell down the stairs at 15 weeks with my DD and landed on my stomach, had some mild cramping and went in and everything was fine, they told me unless it's EXCRUCIATING pain, severe bleeding, or something else that's a great cause for concern there's no need for an ER trip, just to call my OBGYN the next day. I hope you're feeling a little better & that you're able to get into your Dr.tomorrow if you're still concerned!
No you are still early and it's not like they would be able to do anything anyway. Unfortunately/fortunately it's not an emergency and you just have to wait it out. I'm sure you are fine.
