Sorry if this had been asked before! I don't know how to search. How much are you pumping a day if your exclusively pumping?

I use to pump three times a day, morning, afternoon and night. Anything more than that would be painful to my breast.

I am, and have been exclusively pumping since my son was born (4/18) and I pump around 8-10 times a day.

I meant to ask how many ounces are you getting a day. I didn't word it very well lol!

I pump 5-6 times a day and get around 35-40 ounces a day

So jealous Lauren! Lol! I get 30-36 and I pump 3x a day now. So I still usually have a little to freeze still at this point. I am planning to make it to 6 months. I am proud of doing it this long with a 3.5 year old too. And I only made it to 2.5 months with her! But sometimes all I feel like I do is pump all day.

I pump 3x a day and usually get an ounce per hour. So if I go 6 hours between pump I usually pump about 6oz.

I took fenugreek to get my supply up 3x a day for two weeks and it really worked

EPing since we came home and Josh I pump 5 times a day and get 32 ozs
