Terrible headache

Before getting pregnant I suffered from headaches and now I can no longer take my medicine from them. My dr told me to take Tylenol but I live in a very small town and this is the only thing they had at our store...is it safe to take? Tha k you

    For some reason it will not allow me to choose a file to add a picture so the box says it is arthritis pain relief acetaminophen 650 mg

    Acetaminophen is tylenol and 650mg is about the dosage of two regular strength. Just call your doctor or ask a pharmacist to confirm if it's OK.
