spotting during 2ww

I'm 7dp5dt tested this morning got a negative and than earlier today I had some spotting when i wiped it was a brown color I got so excited thinking it was implantation bleeding and now im spotting again an it's a bright red color so far it's not alot only when I wipe but am I out is this my period?? Isn't implantation bleeding a brown or pink color not bright red? Ugh I wanna cry so bad right now

Do you have PCOS? I once had cramping and then some bleeding, got super excited about implantation....turns out it was a ruptured cyst (nice prank, ovaries). I didn't have any brown discharge, it was all pink and there wasn't much of it. Has your spotting stopped?
