Does anyone order exclusively from the honest company? How many diapers do you get for $13.95? Any other products recommended? How does the company work?
I like honest company products but I do prefer my pampers swaddlers for diapers, I use their cleaning supplies and baby wipes and love them too! You get 25 diapers for 13.99. It's expensive but a great company and customer service. I would buy a pack from buy buy baby and try it and see if it works for your lo before making a jump into signing up for a bundle package.
I have the monthly subscription with The honest company. I found it a tad but more expensive that your other brands but they came right to my door. Pros for me were they did what a diapers are suppose to do and they had super cute designs. My only complaint is the wipes that came with the box were so dry I could barely clean poopy diapers properly. Other than that I love the service.
We really wanted to use Honest Company diapers, so we bought a small pack from Target and we hate them. We have found that Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive work so much better for our LO.
I agree with pp. They don't seem to fit baby as well as pampers or Huggies so stuff would slip out the leg holes at times. It's a shame because they are cute, but I think that's really the only selling point.
I've been ordering from them for years. Not a fan of the diapers or wipes, but we use their shampoo, lotion, sunscreen, laundry detergent, dish soap, vanilla lavender fabric and air freshener, and cleaning supplies. It's $35 for a bundle of 5 products and I think it's well worth the price. You can also change the shipment so you're not getting them every month. I push the date back to every 6 months just so I don't get charged, but when I start running low on something I'll move it up to ship the following week. I also really like that you can constantly change your bundle do I can get things like dish soap more often but the laundry detergent lasts forever since wet only use it in baby stuff.
I wanted to love the Honest Company diapers so bad. They are so cute, but like others we ended up liking the Pampers Swaddlers so much better. We found that the Honest diapers didn't velcro as well and the baby was leaking. I have a bundle to be shipped in August that I need to cancel, but you can only cancel by phone and every time I call I have been on hold for a really long time. That being said, I love love love their nipple cream and belly balm.
We love them! I bought them because we had a coupon code for 50% a bundle and you could buy up to 3. So we ended up getting almost 900 diapers and a bunch of wipes for only $120 so it was an excellent deal. We are going to continue using them. Wish I could get that coupon code again though!
We tried the wipes. Be aware if sensitive skin runs in your family - they use citric acid in the wipes. Her skin was bright red and irritated. Switched back to pampers sensitive wipes and it went away.
Love their diapers- and their wipes are the only brand I've found with saFe ingredients. It's nice to be able to use them for pacifiers, to wipe his face, etc
I order the monthly bundles and LOVE them! My little boy is 7 weeks and still in the NB size. He leaks out of them maybe once a week but it's usually because the diaper wasn't tight enough or his pee-pee was aimed up (typically all times when DH changes him! lol) I know they are a little pricier than Pampers, but I like knowing that I'm doing everything I can to protect my LO from harsh chemicals while also being eco-friendly (they are biodegradable). But those are important values to me and I know everyone doesn't think that way, so it's really up to you!
I want to love them so bad, but they are the worst diapers for us. The newborn size was OK but not as great as pampers swaddlers, we had a few leaks and blowouts but I dealt with it because I liked that they had less chemicals... Now that we are using size 1,we have had a leak almost every time we use them... We are back to pampers swaddlers sensitive for now. We have been cloth diapering part time and will be going full time starting next week so that we can protect this little one from as many chemicals as possible, but for traveling and long excursions, I think we will stick with swaddlers since they actually work.
Re: The Honest Company
I do love swaddlers too!!
