I'm in heaven...and you can be too.

So despite the fact that I have my glucose screening on Tuesday, I stumbled upon a recipe for a microwave brownie in a mug. It is DIVINE, and perfect for those late night (early day, anytime) cravings. So I just thought I'd share the recipe in case anyone else out there was craving chocolate. Oh and it's eggless, so lick that spoon clean. :)https://www.thepinjunkie.com/2013/05/singe-serve-microwave-mug-brownies.html

Yummy! Ok I am a baker and I have to tell you... If you like that recipe you should try this one. It gives you more of that ooey gooey chocolatey goodness that you want in a lava cake. Whereas the other can tend to be a little more spongey or dry. If you don't want to use a chocolate spread, chocolate chips also work. I suggest stirring in one spoonful of the spread and dropping another dollop on top for that yummy gooeyness throughout.
