Make sure you're getting enough sleep at night, stay hydrated, and if you are comfortable with caffeine intake, go with a cup of coffee mid-day. Be mindful of ingredients that are new to the market as many of them may not be appropriate for pregnant or nursing women. Your best bet is good sleep, water, and a balanced diet. I personally wouldn't go for energy drinks simply due to a variety of the ingredients that I couldn't vouch for, but that is totally up to you and your doctor.

Rockstar actually has a completely organic one that doesnt have any ingredients listed that I dont know the meaning of. Was very surprised by this, as was my OB. She cleared me for a can of it a day (but I only drink about half when I need it) with its caffeine content. Just figured I'd share since im normally right with you because of the ingredients in all other ones I've seen. If I dont know what it is, I dont like it :P
