One embryo or TWO !?

Help ! I had a dream I had twins, and ever since then I can't seem to stop panicking lol what do you guys think do you see one or two? When I got the ultrasound at 6 weeks it was at a free clinic so they sttd they couldn't "diagnose" anything for say HELP, I don't have my next ultra sound until next month with my doc. What do you gals think ? 8->

    I think it's one twins usually won't be so close until they're bigger and run out of room

    When I was pregnant with twins there were two distinctive sacs. I agree that it appears to be just one.

    DH: 47 (slightly low volume...considered MFI)
    TTC since 11/2012
    10/2013:  IUI#1 BFN - 50mg clomid, two .75mg shots of Bravelle, ovidril trigger...1 follicle
    11/14/13: IUI#2 BFN - 50mg clomid, two .75 mg shots of Bravelle, ovidrill trigger..2 follicles

    IVF #1 w/ICSI:  ER 3/12/14; ET 3/17/14:  BFP!!!  Beta #1 3/31/14=1540;  Beta #2 4/2/14 =2551

    Twin A became an angel on 4/30/14 (8w6d)

    Twin B became an angel on 5/21/14 (11w6d)

    D&C 5/23/14

    FET#1 - 9/2/14 - BFP!!! Beta #1 (9/15): 926.  Beta #2 (9/17): 1946.

    MC -9/20/14
    FET#2 - 4/20/15 - BFP!!! Beta #1 (5/4): 1277.  Beta #2 (5/6): 2817.  US#5 -153 heartbeat.

    Hello, from what I know from my pregnancy, seems like one baby. I'm pregnant with twins and went to a free clinic as well. But even at 5weeks 4days, they could tell that I had two embrionic sacs.
    You could not tell much, but one heartbeat was visible. The other sac looked still empty. 2 weeks later, both Babies there visible and had a great heartbeat. I'm now 11 weeks and had just another ultrasound, and they grow fast. Good luck and keep us updated. :)

    I'm having identical twins and so they are in one gestational sac and I can tell you at my 6 week u/s it was clear as day that two babies were in there. I agree that your u/s appears to be showing one little bean.
