Pains in pregnancy

Hi just wondering if anyone else is havung trouble with pains... im 12weeks today... and have a healthy baby but the pain im in is horrific

Initially I was having pain everyday...cramping. During the first weeks till week 10...then it lessen. I am also at 12 weeks and find myself having them here and then. If you are having horrific pain where you have to double over I would go to the ER.
