Forgive if this is already posted somewhere I look everywhere the mobile app would allow to search and couldnt find a similar post. Anyways here my question I'm on day 42 of my cycle and no AF my RE send over a priscription for me to start provera any thoughts on this? should I wait for aunt flow to come naturally I hate to take man made medication which could potentially be more harmful to me and my biggest fear is if there's even a slight chance I'm pregnant I don't want to cause any harm. Ps I took test and there negative thinking maybe I should do blood test has well ? Everyday this TTC journey is getting more stressful and overwelming maybe I should start talking to someone professionally before I loose my mind

Do you know if you ovulated? At the clinic I'm going to, we do progesterone levels to check for ovulation. If there is no evidence of ovulation, we start provera. Maybe you can ask to do a progrsterone level?
