Belly Bandits and Compression belts for post partum

I know a lot of ladies like using these bands around their waists after birth to get the shape of their waists back to pre preganancy. Did this work for any of you and which ones do you prefer?

I used the belly bandit. I loved it. Had to get the next size down. I was in my regular clothes 4 week post.
