I'm sick and feel like crap. DS2 just went down for a nap 30 minutes earlier because I feel so crappy, luckily he seemed happy with it. And my DS1 has been so amazing taking care of me. He comes into the living room from his play room every 30ish minutes to see if I'm ok, if I need anything and to hug and kiss me, I feel so bad. I was crying yesterday because I told him I feel like a bad mom making him stay home all day, and he kisses me and said "it's ok mom, something's it's fun to just play and watch tv all day." I still took him to soccer and his dad's softball game, but he did spend the whole morning playing in his play room with the tv on. So sorry guys but the tv is helping mommy today. But I do feel good that I have such a sweet boy.

I know I'm always like "oh, DS did you poop? Let mommy check your diaper. Oh my lets go change that." Then I just walk away a do nothing, because there is nothing in the diaper.

I had two pieces of yellow fin tuna and two pieces of poke last night and it was delicious! Pretty sure if my husband and FIL weren't around I would have devoured it all!

I'm running a fever so I've basically laid on the sofa all day while DD destroys the family room. So not only do I feel like I'm neglecting her but poor DH is gonna come home from a full day of work (which included having to skip lunch) and have to clean up after her. But I'm not moving.

You guys are probably gonna hate me for this but:

I've had a total of about 3 hours of morning sickness this whole pregnancy (12w on Monday) and I haven't missed any time like my boss expected me to. So last week I called out due to morning sickness but really I just didn't want to go to work.

I just slept all day and got my ass back to the gym. I guess you could call it a "mental health day".

My husband works super early in the morning, so I typically make his lunch the night before. now it's 10:30pm and the last thing I want to do is get out of bed to go make him food that I know is just gonna make me gag.
