i know this may have been posted before but I'm 17 almost 18 weeks and I'm worried about how the baby is doing in there. I heard the HB last appointment at 15 weeks and my last ultrasound at 10 weeks went great, so there's a good chance everything's going along fine right? This is my first pregnancy and I seem to worry about a lot

I felt the same way until baby started moving at 19 weeks. If your not bleeding or cramping, baby is fine. I know it is hard but you are past the highest risk part. One thing that really helped me was taking a recording of the heart beat on my phone. When I would get really worried it helped to calm me down and remind me that baby had a strong HB. Ask your doctor if you can record at your next appointment. You should start feeling baby move soon and that helps a lot!
