won't eat anything

My son has not been eating very well these last couple weeks. Today, was the first day he flat out refused to eat anything. He only wanted to drink his milk. Should I be worried-is it a phase/teething maybe? He still has plenty of wet/dirty diapers too.  It is very frustrating at meal time and getting him to try stuff especially things I know he loves. Anybody else going through this??

My son refused to eat when his molars came in. He nursed and drank water.

Yep. Been through that with teething and when he was sick with ear infections and colds he barely ate. The dr said it was fine as long as he stays hydrated.
