Lower back pain?

I am 8w3d with #4 and I've been a bit crampy today. My lower back aches too. I've never had that happen to me before with my prior pregnancies. Any idea why this could be happen and what I can do to get some relief?

    My lower back is KILLING me too. I thought it was jut from picking up my 13 month old but I'm pretty sure I had lower back pain my last pregnancy too. Are you working out at all? My back hurts after long walks.

    Possibly a UTI? Back pain is often a symptom and mistaken for other things

    I went swimming today so I wonder if I just overdid it. I haven't had any pain while going to the bathroom but I'll keep an eye on it. I actually have an appointment with a nurse tomorrow for the intake process. I'll mention it to her if I don't feel better by tomorrow AM.
