Restless Arm

So before I was pregnant every once in a blue moon I would get a little restless leg at night...with this pregnancy my left arm is experiencing this a lot and it seems to be getting worse.

Any suggestions on how to help it?

  • I agree. I have restless leg and magnesium makes a big difference. I've also noticed caffeine (even chcolate or soda) can make it worse.

    I am the same as you. I have regular nights where it's so bad, I can't go to sleep until 3 or 4 am. I tried everything and nothing helped. I am taking magnesium, it's part of my pregnancy vitamins, but no improvement...
