Gas cramps?

anyone else experience this lovely phenomenon? Stomach gets gurgly from gas and then cramps. Also get gas pockets trapped in chest which gives me horrible chest pains. Am I the only one? Gas x doesn't seem to do much.

Just started lurking on this board and I get gas cramps ALL the time now that I'm pregnant. The best way for me to get rid of them, is to just let it out. I always feel so much better lol

I have that happening more often than not! I just rub my belly and then toot. Sometimes they are monstrous or just like puffs of air! I hate it, fiance just glares at me then asks if I'm okay!

I try not to take any extra meds during me pregnancy . But I do get gas cramps a lot . I try to drink water and eat salads to just get it out !

Had them a lot from weeks prob 12-18. Have tapered off a lot but hated them. Tums or Pepcid AC may help and are safe, didn't really seem to work for me though.
