I was looking for other ways to increase my milk supply and came across essential oils. I was wondering if anyone had used them for increasing milk production. Did it work and which ones did you use?

I've heard Fennel and Basil can help, but don't know specifics.

I've used fennel and it really helps. Make sure you go with a high quality brand like Young Living so that it actually works.
