Sleep changes

Hi my lo was sleeping from 9 -6 every night but in the last week she is waking at 3am got comfort & then again at 5am, has anyone else had this problem? Thanks

My LO just turned 6 months on Saturday and the last few days his sleep has changed too! He was sleeping from 9-7 for the last 2 months and lately he has been waking around 11pm and 6am I think his gums are really bothering him this week they are very tender so I'm thinking his sleep has changed because of that!!
